BENEFITS

Atlantic Street Center offers an excellent benefits package that includes 16 days of paid vacation annually for full-time employees, 10 paid holidays each year, employer-paid medical and dental benefits for full-time employees, and an employer-paid retirement account. Employees become eligible to participate in the retirement program after being employed at Atlantic Street Center for one year. At the one-year anniversary, Atlantic Street Center begins contributing 10% of the employee's salary into the retirement account.
